メールサーバーとして Postfixなど を調べることをお勧めします。これにより、メールを送信できるようになります。

完全な電子メールサーバー（受信トラフィックを含む）を実行する場合は、受信メールトラフィックを処理するようにDNSゾーンファイルを設定してください。

参照しているPHPスクリプトについては...フォームのようなものから、フォームデータをメールの一部として、おそらく他のデフォルト情報を含めて送信したいということですか？
