SSHの問題（ssh_exchange_identification：読み取り：ピアによる接続のリセット）

11.10を実行していたので、完全なアップグレードを実行し、更新SSH（SSHDではなく）が他のOpenSSHインスタンスに接続しようとすると動作がおかしくなった後、12.04に移行することにしました。ルーターでDropBear sshdを実行しているときにOpenSSHと言い、それに接続することができます。

私はグーグルで検索して、ほとんどすべての修正を実行しましたが、Debian側とArch側の両方から推奨されていますが、いずれも私の問題を解決していないようです。何か案は？
