Ubuntu 12.04にVirtualBox Guest Additionsをインストールする

Virtualbox-guess-additions-isoをインストールしようとして、次のエラーが表示されました。

VirtualBox 4.3を実行しているように見えますが、UbuntuリポジトリのVirtualBoxのPPAは古いバージョン4.1.12をプルしています。

実行しているVirtualBoxの適切なバージョンの仮想ボックスゲスト追加機能をインストールする場合は、 Virtual Box Managerメニューオプションを使用 をお勧めします。
