13.04から13.10へのアップグレードが停止する
13.10へのアップグレードは、texliveパッケージに関する多くのエラーメッセージが表示された後に停止します。アップグレードはさらに進みますが、現在は停止しています。
プロセスを再度開始するにはどうすればよいですか？

私の場合の解決策は Ctrl+C。その後、Update-Managerがシステムのクリーンアップを開始し、アップグレードが完了した後、すべてが正常に機能しました。
アップグレードの実行が停止した場合：Sudo dpkg --configure -aを実行してからSudo apt-get install。
saucy更新のフリーズで同様の問題が発生したため、解決策を示しました here 。ちなみに、ラマチャンドラアプテのソリューションは完全ではありません。
