Ubuntu 13.04：LDAPの無効な資格情報

Ubuntuの公式OpenLDAPServerガイドを順守しようとしていますが、うまくいきません。

サーバーにログインしようとすると、（ https://help.ubuntu.com/12.10/serverguide/openldap-server.html#openldap-server-populate ）：

root@dexter:~# ldapadd -x -D cn=admin,dc=example,dc=com -W -f add_content.ldif
Enter LDAP Password: 
ldap_bind: Invalid credentials (49)

また、dc = example、dc = com DITを取得しようとすると：

root@dexter:~# ldapsearch -x -LLL -H ldap:/// -b dc=example,dc=com dn
No such object (32)

何か案は？サービスを3回再インストールしましたが、パスワードが正常であることは完全に保証されています。

問題はファイル/ etc/hostsで、localhostのエントリがいくつかあり、インストールでベースDNが作成されませんでした。

/ etc/hostsをきれいに修正するには：

127.0.0.1   localhost
127.0.1.1       dexter.example.com  dexter

ホスト名で「dexter」を変更します。
