ログから、/etc/apt/sources.listにdebianリポジトリがあることが明らかです。 ftp.no.debian.orgに/etc/apt/sources.listがあるものをすべて削除し、Sudo apt-get clean && Sudo apt-get update && Sudo apt-get upgradeを実行します。
DebianとUbuntuのパッケージを混在させようとしています。互換性がないため機能しません。
パッケージソースからリポジトリhttp://ftp.no.debian.org/debian/を削除し、そこからインストールしたすべてのパッケージを削除し（ 特定のリポジトリからすべてのパッケージを削除するにはどうすればよいですか？ を参照）、Ubuntuリポジトリからインストールします。
データをバックアップし、Ubuntuを新規インストールする方が簡単な場合があります。
