DHCPサーバーが実行されていないのはなぜですか

/etc/default/isc-dhcp-serverを設定し、/etc/dhcp/dhcpd.confにeth0を設定します

Isc-dhcp Serverが実行されていないのはなぜですか? Sudo service isc-dhcp-server statusを実行してこれを取得したとき:

デフォルトの設定ファイルをコピーしてネットワークを編集した後、動作するようになりました。

デバッグに役立つのは/ usr/sbin/dhcpd -tおよび-fです
