Ubuntu 13からアップグレードした後、Ubuntu 14でこれらの.vimrcエラーが発生するのはなぜですか？

アップグレード後の依存関係の問題により、vimがなく、viがあっただけでした。

tl; dr; -必要古い依存関係のバージョン。修正済み：

$ Sudo apt-get remove vim-common 
$ Sudo apt-get remove vim-runtime
$ Sudo apt-get update && Sudo apt-get install vim
