mount.cifsコマンドはcifs-utilsによって提供され、mount.nfsはnfs-commonによって提供されます。

一般に、特定のファイルを探していて、どのパッケージがそれを提供するかわからない場合は、 buntuリポジトリ またはsynapticで検索できます。または、apt-fileを使用できます。
