次のいずれかを試すことができます。

Sudo apt-get -f install

依存関係などを強制的にインストールします。

または buntu Wine Team PPA でインストールしてみてください：

Sudo add-apt-repository ppa:ubuntu-wine/ppa
Sudo apt-get update
Sudo apt-get install wine1.7
