クロックインジケータが消え、nautilusがcsdで表示される

確かに言うことはできませんが、システムとの非互換性とそれ自体のバグのために、Mesaをアップグレードすると問題が発生した可能性があります。以前にMesaとグラフィックドライバーをアップグレードしたとき、Ubuntuは特定のバージョンで動作するように設計されていましたが、最新ではないため、多くの場合、すべてが台無しになりました。

ppa-purgeというユーティリティがあり、それを使用して（公式リポジトリバージョンに）ダウングレードし、特定のPPAからすべてのパッケージをアンインストールすることができます。

Sudo apt-get install ppa-purge

ランニング：

Sudo ppa-purge ppa:ubuntu-x-swat/updates

問題を修正する必要があります。終了後、必ず再起動してください。
