4.16.3以降のカーネルをアップグレードできません

Linuxカーネルの最新シリーズ（つまりK4.16.3>以降）で経験した問題は、「linux-image.deb」ファイルが署名されていないことです。署名されたバイナリファイルの不足がすべての問題の原因です。つまり、インストールに失敗し、システムは試行を繰り返すだけで失敗します。
