apt-getがWindows 10のUbuntuサブシステムに正常にインストールされた後、ソフトウェアがインストールされない

Sudo apt install golang-1.10-go経由でgoをインストールしましたが、goがインストールされていないとシェルから通知されるため、goを実行できません。 goを再度インストールしようとしました。元のインストールではエラーが表示されなかったため、インストールされていることがわかります。私は過去10年間Linuxを使用していますが、msシステムを使用する必要があり、ubuntuサブシステムで遊んでみたいと思っていますが、このような動作は正常ですか？
