Ubuntu 16.04にmesa-opencl-icdをインストールする

LaunchPad bug 1743018 からわかるように、バグは Timo Aaltonen（tjaalton） によって修正されます。修正パッケージをxenial-proposedにアップロードします。

今日のようにmesa-opencl-icdをインストールするには：

Sudo apt-get update
Sudo apt-get install mesa-opencl-icd -y
