ubuntuサーバー18.04でドライブをマウントできません

ホームサーバーをubuntu 12.04から18.04にアップグレードしました。システムはRAID 1に2.0TBの2つのディスクを保持します。18.04にマウントしようとすると、次のエラーが発生します。

mount -t ntfs/dev/md126/mnt/media

また、mount -t ntfs-3gを試しましたが、成功しませんでした。

NTFS signature is missing.
Failed to mount '/dev/md126': Invalid argument
The device '/dev/md126' doesn't seem to have a valid NTFS.
Maybe the wrong device is used? Or the whole disk instead of a
partition (e.g. /dev/sda, not /dev/sda1)? Or the other way around?

Fdisk -l/dev/md126からの出力は

12.04に切り替えると（新しいディスクに18.04をインストールしました）、すべて正常に動作します。

誰が何がうまくいっていないのか知っていますか？

間違ったデバイスをマウントしようとしました。マウントしようとしています/dev/mda126、これはパーティションではありません。

置換/dev/mda126と/dev/md126p1。
