hplipにはpyqt4が必要です
システムを19.10から20.04にアップグレードしましたが、hp-systrayまたはプログラムの他の部分をロードできないことを除いて、すべてが正常に機能しています。

Go to source of hplip. By default its in ~/Downloads.
Run the following commands
./configure --prefix=/usr --enable-qt5 --disable-qt4
