SAMデプロイメントに失敗しましたエラー-ウェイターStackCreateCompleteが失敗しました：ウェイターがターミナルエラー状態になりました

SAMにパッケージを展開しようとすると、クラウド形成コンソールで最初のステータスがROLLBACK_IN_PROGRESSになり、その後ROLLBACK_COMPLETEに変更されます。

スタックを削除して再試行してみましたが、毎回同じ問題が発生します。端末のエラーは次のようになります-

LambdaのイベントソースとしてSQSを設定しましたが、このような権限を提供していません

ラムダポリシー。

「CloudFormation」サービスの「イベント」タブでこのエラーが見つかりました。
