私はアプリケーションでrecylerviewを使用していますが、新しい要素がrecyclerviewに追加されるたびに、それを使用して最後の要素にスクロールします

recyclerView.scrollToPosition(adapter.getCount());

ただし、editTextViewが原因でキーボードが開くたびに、ビューのサイズが変更され、recyclerviewは小さくなりますが、最後の要素までスクロールできませんでした。
