通知の保留中の意図が機能しない

0に等しい通知IDを使用している可能性があります。通知IDが0であるという既知の問題があります。他のIDを使用する場合、機能するはずです。

intent.addFlags(Intent.FLAG_ACTIVITY_NEW_TASK | Intent.FLAG_ACTIVITY_CLEAR_TASK);
