NestedScrollviewは上から開始されません

NestedScrollviewにRecyclerviewがあります。 NestedScrollviewには合計3つのビューがあります。最初の2つはLinearLayout、Recyclerviewです。アプリを実行すると、アクティビティにトップ2のレイアウトが表示されず、Recyclerviewの上部から始まります。
