Angular 2でオブザーバブルを作成する方法

Angular 2を評価しようとしていますが、オブザーバブルに問題があります。

最初はハードコーディングされた配列を返すが、最終的にはWebサービスからデータを取得する単純なサービスを作成しようとしています。
