Apache + PHP FastCGI経由

ApacheでFastCGIを介してPHPを実行しようとすると、いくつかの問題が発生します。FastCGIモジュールをロードしましたが、ページをロードしようとすると次のエラーが発生します。

The requested URL /fastcgi/php54.fcgi/index.php was not found on this server.
