PHP 5.5には組み込みのopcodeオプティマイザーOPcacheがあり、APCは時代遅れになっています。

APCの変更ログによると、PHP 5.4までがサポートされています。

PHP 5.5+ http://www.php.net/manual/en/opcache.installation.php でOPcacheを使用してください
