RewriteRulepatternではスラッシュプレフィックスは使用されません。これは、.htaccessコンテキストでは、directory-prefix（特にスラッシュで終わるため） ）は、最初にRewriteRulepatternが一致するURLパスから削除されます。 （directory-prefixは、.htaccessファイルが配置されている場所のファイルシステムパスです。）
