Bing Translation APIの使用方法

BingトランスレーションAPIを使用しようとしていますが、混乱しています。多くの可能性（古いものと新しいもの）があるようですが、どうすればよいかわかりません。

AppIDは非推奨です。次の手順を実行する方法：

  1. https://datamarket.Azure.com にclientID、clientSecterを登録します
  2. 次に、コードはログインBingTranslator APIのアクセストークンを取得する必要があります
