今日、Ubuntu 16.04.01 LTSサーバーで同じ問題が発生しました。システムで何をしたかを少し読んで考えた後、デフォルトのpythonをPython3.5に変更したという事実と関係があると考えました。私にとっては、pythonを2.7に戻し、アップグレードを実行し、3.5に戻すとうまくいきました。

デフォルトのpythonの変更：

Dist-upgradeを実行します。おそらく、python 3をアクティブにして試した場合は、-fを使用するか、上記のコメントから--force-removeを実行する必要があります。

クリーンインストール/アップグレードを行った後、python 3がデフォルトとして必要な場合は、pythonを元に戻すことができます。

手動で削除

$ sudo apt-get remove libobs0

$ Sudo apt-get update

$ sudo apt-get install obs-studio -y
