その後 ：

/var/lib/dpkg/info/apport.postinstと/var/lib/dpkg/info/apport.prermの両方がシステムに存在することを確認し、確認できました。

Sudo dpkg -r man-dbしかし、ここで動かなくなる：

Sudo dpkg -r apport 
Sudo apt-get upgrade

Sudo apt-get -f install
Sudo apt-get update && Sudo apt-get upgrade
