Rをubuntu 17.10にインストールできません
最近artfulにアップグレードしましたが、r-recommendedをインストールできなくなりました。このエラーメッセージが表示され続けます。

それにもかかわらず、 https://cran.r-project.org/bin/linux/ubuntu/artful/ はすでに利用可能です。

r-cran-bootの依存関係が壊れているようです。具体的には、r-api-3に変更されたr-api-3.4に依存します。

確かに、Paul Stodghillの回答で示されているように、aptitudeを使用してインストールすると、最初に何もインストールしないことを提案する限り、トリックを実行します。とにかく、この出力に見られるように、r-cran-bootへの満たされていない依存関係でr-api-3.4をインストールすることを提案します。

別の設定でこのエラーに遭遇したユーザー向け。
16.04からアップグレードした後、18.04にこれがありました。
クラン用に16.04に別のミラーがありました。アップグレード後、rのアップグレードで問題が発生しました。これと同じ種類の出力を推奨します。
私の場合cran.mirror.ac.zaのソースリストを削除した後、アップグレードは出力で動作しませんでした：

apt-get remove r-base-core、apt-get cleanが必要でしたが、r-recommendedを問題なくインストールできました。
問題は、依存するパッケージr-base-coreが他のレポからインストールされ、Ubuntuのレポで自動的にアップグレードされなかったことだと思います。
これは実際にはOPの状況だったかもしれませんし、どんな場合でも同じことを示している可能性があるので、役に立つ答えになると思いました。
