LibreOfficeがインストールされているようですが、なんとかしてインストールを中断できました。それを修正するには、次を試してください：

Sudo apt-mark auto libreoffice-common

古いバージョンのapt-get（11.somethingより前だと思います。Ubuntu18.04のバージョンよりもかなり前です）、これは機能しません。代わりに試してください：

Sudo apt-get markauto libreoffice-common

そして、すぐにパッケージマネージャーを更新します。

これらのコマンドのいずれかを実行した後、次を実行します。

Sudo apt install
