デフォルトのHomeControllerのViewbag.messageに値を設定し、それをShared/_Layout.cshtmlに正常に表示しました。

その後、別のTestControllerを追加しましたが、TestControllerビューで、Viewbag.messageがnullのようです。何が悪いのかわかりますか。
