.Net 4.5用に構築されたNinjectでMVC4を使用すると、これとまったく同じ問題が発生しました。

これを修正するには、Web.configファイルにバインディングリダイレクトを追加する必要がありました（ファイルの最後、</configuration>タグ）

問題の修正に使用する手順がいくつかあり、web.configのバインディングリダイレクトで問題が解決しない場合は、次の手順を試して修正できます。
