ERR: "The best overload for 'TextArea' does not have a parameter of type 'rows'"

パラメータとして行と列を持つ署名がある場合でも。

2）だから私は署名で試してみます：@ Html.TextArea（string name、object htmlAttributes）

次のように関数を呼び出す

    @Html.TextArea(name: "Message", new { rows=10, columns=40 }

しかし、私は別のエラーを受け取ります：

@Html.TextArea("Message", new { rows = 10, cols = 40})

また、textareaの列のHTML属性はcolsではなくcolumnsです。
