DiscoveryClientの取得が「発行者名が権限と一致しません」で失敗する

次のようにIdentityModelのDiscoveryClientを使用してGETを実行すると、以下のエラーが発生します。

ターゲットURLは、IIS IdentityServer4で有効になっているASP.NET Core Webアプリケーションです。クライアントアプリケーションは、同じマシンで実行されている従来のASP.NET Webアプリケーションです。

どうやら、GETはdiscoveryResponse.Rawの内容からわかるように、IdentityServerから値を取得できました。

サーバーコードをポリシーに合わせて変更できない場合は、ポリシー設定を変更して名前の不一致を許可できます。

たとえば、Azure Rest APIでDiscoveryClientを使用しようとしていますが、issuerはhttps://sts.windows.net/{{ tenant_id }}ですが、エンドポイントはすべてhttps://login.Microsoft.com/{{ tenant_id }}で始まります。

フィールドValidateIssuerNameおよびValidateEndpointsをfalseに設定するだけです。
