.NET Web API 2 OWINベアラートークン認証

ヘッダー 'Authorization'を次のようなBearer +トークンで設定することで解決しました。

$http.defaults.headers.common["Authorization"] = 'Bearer ' + token.accessToken;

angularアプリケーションモジュールで設定できます。そのため、すべてのhttp要求のヘッダーとして認証トークンが設定されます。
