WCFでクライアントのnet.tcpバインディングを構成する方法

IIS 7.5でWCFサービスをホストし、edit binding ...オプションを使用してnet.tcpバインディングを追加しました。また、コマンドラインからも追加しました。

Webサービスは完全に実行されていることを示しています。

ただし、このWCFサービスをクライアント側で使用することは、同じ例外です。
