IIS 7. HTTPSバインディングがポート番号443で有効になっています。Webサイトの下にアプリケーションとしてWCFサービスがあります。サービスにHTTPSセキュリティを導入しようとしています（basicHttpBindingを使用） ）に基づく http://msdn.Microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms729700.aspx
