このエラーが発生しましたが、進行しました。

私はcmake-guiを使用していたので、「Advanced」チェックボックス（「Grouped」チェックボックスと「Add Entry」ボタンの間）にチェックマークを付け、新しく表示されたチェックボックス「CGAL_Boost_USE_STATIC_LIBS」にチェックマークを付けました。

追加のオプションが表示されるまでに、「構成」を1〜2回押す必要がある場合があります。

今日、私はWindowsにBoost 1.57 x64でCGALをインストールしようとしましたが、同じ問題に遭遇しました。ビルド前のバイナリ経由でブーストをインストールしました。CMakeが検索する.libファイルはlib64-msvc-12.0フォルダー。したがって、BOOST_LIBRARYDIR=.../boost_1_57_0/lib64-msvc-12.0 CMakeオプションを使用することが私にとっての解決策でした。
