redhat 6 | libpcap-develのインストール方法

Sudo yum-config-manager --enable rhel-6-server-optional-rpms
Sudo yum install libpcap-devel
Sudo yum-config-manager --disable rhel-6-server-optional-rpms

または、/ etc/yum.repos.d/redhat.repoを編集できます。
