rtorrentがビルドに失敗したのはなぜですか？

私はrootではありませんなので、ソースからrtorrentをビルドし、ホームディレクトリにインストールしたいと思っていますが、失敗しました。なぜですか？

_configure.ac_を編集してAM_PATH_CPPUNIT(1.9.6)行を削除すると、_autogen.sh_はエラーにならないconfigureを生成するはずです。
