Subsystemディレクティブが既存のパスを指していることを確認します。

Subsystem sftp /usr/lib/openssh/sftp-server

または実際には、今日では通常internal-sftp代わりに：

私にとっては、クライアント構成の誤りでした。 127コードは、コマンドが見つからなかったことを意味します。誤って「デフォルト」ではなく「/ bin/sftp-server」を使用するようにWinSCP構成を変更しました。クライアントの設定を確認してください。
