サーバーがファイルをダウンロードしているとき、または他のIO操作を実行しているとき、他のサーバー機能は非常に遅くなります（ほとんどロックされます）。ネットワークを使用しない他の機能でも。ダウンロードが進行中の場合、 gnome-terminalで入力を開始すると、最初に入力したキーが画面に表示されるまでに数秒遅れ、1回だけ入力した場合でも、文字が数回繰り返されます。
ダウンロードを開始する数秒前に、sarコマンドを実行します。
