構成ファイルディレクトリと.shファイルディレクトリの両方のパスを指定しました。

問題は、フォーマットする必要があるネームノードが見つからないことです。そして、デーモンを実行すると、namenodeはどこにも見当たりません。どこがおかしいの?

Namenodeがフォーマットされていないという場合は、フォーマットします
