SpringBootとThymeleafを使用した静的リソースのロード

静的リソースをロードしたい。最初はすでに機能していると思いましたが、それはブラウザキャッシュのトリックにすぎませんでした。期待どおりにHTMLファイルが読み込まれるだけですが、js、css、画像などは取得されません。
