Rmarkdownのフォントサイズとヘッダー
最近、何も編集せずに標準のRmdファイルを開きました。デフォルトのファイルは次のようになります。

When you click the **Knit** button a document will be generated that includes both content as well as the output of any embedded R code chunks within the document. You can embed an R code chunk like this:

You can also embed plots, for example:
```{r, echo=FALSE}
plot(cars)
```
Note that the `echo = FALSE` parameter was added to the code chunk to prevent printing of the R code that generated the plot.
上記のファイルに対応するhtmlファイルを作成したかったので、別のRスクリプトで次のことを行いました。
knit('Untitled.Rmd', 'doc.md')
markdownToHTML('doc.md', 'testing.html',header = TRUE)
何らかの理由でフォントサイズが機能せず、期待していたヘッダー情報がtesting.htmlに表示されません。なぜこれが起こっているのか誰でも知っていますか？
これは、Rマークダウンファイルでフォントサイズと色を制御するために使用したものです。基本的に、新しいファイルを作成せずにCSSスタイルシートをオーバーライドします。この例では、ヘッダーとタイトルのサイズ、インラインテキスト、Rコードテキストを変更し、一部の色も設定します。
私の場合、指定されたページ数のドキュメントにより多くの情報を詰め込む必要があったため、すべてを小さくしました。
