Debian 8にpython3-pipをインストールできません

Python3-pipをインストールしたいのですが、常にエラーが発生します。

python3-pkg-resourcesがjessie-backportsから削除されました。

Sudo apt purge python3-pkg-resources

依存関係としてmainリポジトリからインストールされます。
