あなたが投稿したエラートレースバックは、実際のコードとは何の関係もないようです-それはミドルウェアに何らかの問題があるようです（おそらく500エラーページをレンダリングするとき）。

ただし、エラーの原因は、mail.attachの呼び出しで未定義の変数名attachを使用したことが原因である可能性があります。 attach変数がありません-投稿されたファイルをimage1などと呼んでいるので、これらの名前を使用する必要があります。
