WindowsをダンプするコマンドラインツールDLL version？

標準のWindows DLLバージョン情報をダンプするために、bashスクリプト（Cygwin）を使用して処理できるようにコマンドラインツールが必要です。

Java開発者として、Microsoft開発ツールにはあま​​り慣れていません（ただし、Microsoft Visual Embedded C++ 4.0およびMicrosoft Visual Basic 6.0の経験は少しあります）。
