外部画面は認識されるが、黒い

Ubuntu 16.10を実行している新しいコンピューター（i5-7200U、つまりIntel HD Grpahics 620を搭載したKabylake）を使用しています。

また、外付けのHDMI画面を使用しています。

いくつかの理由で、これは検出されますが（[表示パラメーター]メニューに表示されます）、黒のままです（検出されない場合は、モニターの電源が切れます）。

職場では別のHDMI画面を使用していますが、これで問題はありません。いろいろなケーブルも試しましたが、画面が真っ黒のままです。

この画面は他のコンピューター（Ubuntu 16.10、Hackintosh、Windows）で使用しているので機能しています。

私は同じ問題を抱えており（Samsungの画面は同じだと思います）、メニューボタンが反応せず、プラグを再接続して少しランダムにタップしてボタンをテストしたため、電源ケーブルを抜いて解決しました。それは問題ないようだったので、HDMIケーブルを再接続し、それはうまくいきました！
