Eclipseマーケットプレイスにアクセスできません

Eclipseマーケットプレイスにアクセスできないようです。 Juno 4.2を使用しています。 Eclipseを削除してすべてのプラグインを削除し、.metadataを削除して、Eclipseアプリのデータを削除してみました。

デフォルトのブラウザをFirefoxからChromeに切り替えてみました。Windowsファイアウォールをオンにして完全にオフにしてみました。私は家にいます。
