無効にする WP 自分の投稿にコメントするための通知

自分の投稿にコメントするためにWP電子メール通知を無効にするにはどうすればよいですか。

WP adminを介して、ユーザーごとだけでなく、サイト上のすべてのユーザーに対してグローバルにこれを実行したいと思います。
